Graffiti restoration
SANAG uses several different restoration techniques depending on the surface in question.
Restoration of untreated surfaces
There are two kinds of restoration techniques when it comes to untreated surfaces:
Chemical cleaning
SANAG uses chemical cleaning agents to dissolve graffiti and afterwards uses high-pressure hot water applications to remove the color particles.
Mechanical cleaning
After careful analysis of the surface we determine the perfect type of material when using high- and low-pressure blasting applications.
The following blasting techniques and materials are available:
- Sandblasting
- Hotwater high-pressure application
- Dry-ice technique
- Low-pressure blasting
- Nanotech blasting system
Stained and painted surfaces
When dealing with stained or painted surfaces we analyse and determine the exact shade of color or stain needed. We use several techniques and factors (smooth, rough, metall, plaster, stucco, etc.) and mix our own paints and stains on site.
To ensure a proper adhesion we prime all surfaces and then use the mixed stains and paints to cover the affected areas. Everything looks like new again!
The last step is the application of a protective layer that will reduce clean-up costs in the future.
